Our 30-day UK returns are £2.99 which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please return your parcel in it's original packaging/box and with tags if applicable. If the product is not returned in it's original condition then we have the right to refuse refunding and will send the item back to you.

*Please do not place any labels directly onto your shoe box, failing to comply with this will lead to the packaging cost being deducted from your refund amount.
*PLEASE NOTE - Preloved Items are NOT eligible for return. We kindly ask customers to review all product details carefully before purchasing.

If you are returning from outside of the UK, returns will be at your own expense to the following address:

Please return your parcel in it's original packaging/box and with tags if applicable. Included a copy of the original invoice or write down your order number, which is located on the invoice, on a piece of paper and include it in your returning parcel. If the product is not returned in it's original condition then we have the right to refuse refunding and will send the item back to you.

For returns, once the product(s) pass the examination, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total of customs duties, and/or courier charges incurred. Please note, for international orders customs and duties are non refundable. You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly. This option may not be applicable in all countries.

Warranties

Unfortunately as we are a reseller of branded goods and not the manufacturer's supplier, we do not offer the manufacture's warranty.
