We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Instructions on how to return your order will be included with your invoice and within our returns portal.
If the product is not returned in it's original condition then we have the right to refuse refunding and will send the item back to you.
UK returns will be provided with a Royal Mail label and will be deducted £2.99 for the label cost upon receipt of return. International 30 day returns will be at the customers expense.
For returns, once the product(s) pass the examination, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total of customs duties, and/or courier charges incurred. Please note, for international orders customs and duties are non refundable. You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly. This option may not be applicable in all countries.
Please allow 2-3 working days on reception of goods for refunds to be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@sportitfirst.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the order is returned to us in a damaged/worn condition we reserve the right to dispose of the product after 14 days of its arrival.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method*. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Please do not place any labels/tape directly onto the box and return product in its original packaging, failing to comply to this will lead to the packaging cost being deducted from your refund amount
*PLEASE NOTE - Preloved items are not eligible for return. We kindly ask customers to review all product details carefully before purchasing, as all sales on preloved goods are final.
